★ Regarding payment and refunds ★
PAYMENT
- As a payment method I only accept USD through Paypal or ko-fi.- If your commission costs more than $40: I'll have to receive the first half of the payment before I begin and the other half when I finish.
If that's not your case, please state when you're planning to send the payment.- If you never pay you will be automatically blocked and blacklisted, which means you won't be able to receive any of my designs or commission me.
REFUNDS
I have the right to decline or cancel your commission without giving any explanation, and I will be giving you back what you paid if that's the case. And, you also have the right to decline it as long as I haven't started.If you wish to cancel it after I already started:
- IF I ONLY MADE THE SKETCH: You will receive 75% of what you paid.
- IF I ALREADY LINED: You will receive 50% of what you paid.
- IF I ALREADY COLORED: You will receive 25% of what you paid. However, if the commission is one of the types that do not include shading, you won't receive anything back since I would be done.
- IF I ALREADY SHADED: I'm done, so you won't get anything back, I'm sorry.
★ important notes ★
- My art can't be used to train any Generative Artificial Intelligence and neither for any blockchain purposes like NFTS. If you are caught doing this with my art you will be permanently blocked and blacklisted.- If you'd like to use my artwork for commercial purposes please let me know so we can work something out. Please note that this will lead to a price increase depending on what you'll be using it for. If you are caught doing this without paying the fee you will be blocked.
- My commissions are not first come first served.- I will be sending you WIPs during the whole process.- My commissions take a maximum of 2 weeks, if I take more than that I will let you know.- You may re-upload artwork I've done for YOU as long as you give proper credit.
- You can totally do merch for yourself using art I've made for you, it'll make me moreee than happy!!! Please show me :3- Please know that my mother language is not English, therefore in some cases I will be needing clarification of what you're trying to tell me, I'm very sorry if I'm unable to understand you.
